Postdoctoral Researcher (Comparative & Population Genomics)

The John Innes Centre is recruiting a Postdoctoral Researcher to use comparative and population genomic approaches to study beetle-microbe symbiosis evolution. Responsibilities include analysing genomic datasets, phylogenomic reconstruction, applying macroevolutionary methods and characterising genomic signatures of symbiotic transitions. Candidates should hold a PhD in evolutionary genomics, population genetics, bioinformatics or entomology with strong programming skills. Apply via the JIC careers portal.
