These terms govern your use of GradSponsor Jobs ("the Service"), operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GradSponsor Jobs is a job board listing UK roles that offer Skilled Worker and Graduate visa sponsorship. We curate job listings from public sources and employer submissions. We are not a recruitment agency and do not act as an intermediary between you and employers.
When you click "Apply" on a job, you are redirected to the employer's own application page. We have no control over their application process, hiring decisions, or visa sponsorship commitments.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — do not share or transfer your account.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used for purposes other than genuine job seeking.
Explorer plan — browse the full job board, save up to 5 jobs, see sponsor licence badges, use the application tracker, and receive a monthly email roundup. Explorer accounts are available at no cost.
Candidate plan — £6.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Includes unlimited saved jobs, match strength labels, salary threshold checks, Priority Picks, a weekly sponsorship brief, and job alerts.
Advisory plan — coming soon. Features and pricing will be announced separately.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal — access it from your Billing page.
If a payment fails, your account moves to a "past due" state. Candidate features are paused until payment is resolved. If payment is not resolved within a reasonable period, your account reverts to the Explorer plan.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain Candidate access until the end of your current billing period.

We take care to list accurate, current sponsorship opportunities. However, we cannot guarantee that every listing is still open, that the employer will sponsor your specific visa type, or that you will receive a response. Job details may change after we publish them.
Match labels (e.g. "Strong match", "Good match", "Worth reviewing") are based on the profile information you provide. They are guidance only, not a guarantee of sponsorship, eligibility, or success.
The GradSponsor Jobs name, logo, website design, and original content are our property. Job listing content belongs to the respective employers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
